Returns Policy

As a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded in the MaDe store within 14 days without giving any reason.

1. Deadline and Method of Notification

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement:

You may use the model withdrawal form [LINK TO FORM], but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Return of Goods and Costs

• Return address: Marta Dwojak, ul. Osiedlowa 14b, 87-134 Przysiek, Poland.
• Return deadline: You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
• Return costs: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods (shipping cost).

3. Refund of Payments

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

• Deadline: We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive your statement.
• Method: We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, which will not incur any fees for you.
• Withholding refund: We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods (e.g., a shipping receipt), whichever is the earliest.

4. Liability for Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Example: In the case of handicrafts (candles, plaster products), you can inspect the product for color and workmanship, but you cannot use it (e.g., burn the candle). In such a case, the refund may be reduced by the degree of wear of the goods.

5. Exceptions (No Right of Return)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to non-prefabricated products made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., candles or casts with your inscription, dedication, or made in a custom color on special request).
