Terms of Service
1. General Provisions
The MaDe online store, available at [insert website address], is run by Marta Dwojak, conducting unregistered business activity in accordance with Art. 5 of the Entrepreneurs' Law Act. Contact and identification details:

- Phone: +48 793 381 026. The Seller does not have a Tax Identification Number (NIP) due to conducting an unregistered activity. Definitions:
- Consumer: a natural person performing a legal act not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Entrepreneur with consumer rights: a natural person running a business, concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it does not have a professional character for that person.
- Customer: any entity making a purchase in the Store. The Seller issues receipts/invoices at the Customer's request in accordance with the provisions of the VAT Act.
2. Products
The subject of sale is handicrafts (including plaster products and candles). Each product is unique. Minor differences in shade, air bubbles, or minimal differences in dimensions are natural characteristics of handicrafts and do not indicate a defect in the goods, provided they do not affect their usability. Information about the main characteristics of the goods and their price can be found on each product's page.
3. Order Placement and Payments
Orders can be placed 24/7 via the shopping cart system.
- Procedure: The Customer adds the product to the cart, fills out the data form, chooses the delivery and payment method, and accepts the Terms and Conditions. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of order acceptance by the Seller (via email).
- Payment deadline: The Customer is obliged to pay for the order within 3 business days from the date of concluding the contract. If no payment is received within this period, the order is canceled.
- Payment methods: Traditional bank transfer to the account: [ACCOUNT NUMBER], BLIK, [OTHER].
4. Delivery
Delivery costs are borne by the Customer. They are visible before confirming the order. The processing time is from 2 to 5 business days from posting the payment (unless the product description states otherwise, e.g., for personalized items).
- Risk: In the case of Consumers and Entrepreneurs with consumer rights, the risk of accidental damage or loss of the goods passes to the Customer upon handover of the goods. It is recommended to check the parcel in the presence of the courier. In case of damage, drawing up a damage report will significantly facilitate the complaint process.
5. Withdrawal from the Contract (Returns)
The Consumer and the Entrepreneur with consumer rights have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The declaration of withdrawal can be submitted by email (kontakt@made4u.art). The Customer may use the model form, which is Appendix No. 1 to these Terms and Conditions [add link to PDF/subpage].
- The goods should be returned to the following address: ul. Osiedlowa 14b, 87-134 Przysiek, Poland, no later than 14 days from the notification of the return.
- Decrease in value: The Customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from using them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
- Exceptions: The right to return does not apply to personalized products, made to the Customer's specifications, or strictly individualized.
6. Complaints (Lack of Conformity with the Contract)
The Seller is responsible for the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract on the principles set out in Chapter 5a of the Consumer Rights Act.
- The complaint report should include: order number, description of the defect, and (optionally) photos to facilitate the assessment.
- Complaints should be directed to the email address: kontakt@made4u.art.
- The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days.
- In the case of an accepted complaint, the Seller bears the costs of repair, replacement, or refund.
7. Out-of-court Complaint Resolution Methods
The Customer has the option to use out-of-court methods for dealing with complaints and pursuing claims, including through the assistance of consumer ombudsmen. The EU ODR platform for online dispute resolution is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
8. Final Provisions
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available [HERE - LINK]. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
